Revision lab
If you’re contemplating a career shift in the coming year or two, reVision Lab is a supportive space to identify a fulfilling path forward. Alongside a community of peers, you’ll gain clarity on your desired professional future and to start taking strategic and meaningful action toward it.
One-to-one coaching
Based on a private consultation and questionnaire, I will create a coaching program customized to you and your goals.
I am currently offering the ReVision Coaching program, which includes a curriculum and private coaching package for purpose-driven women and non-binary folks who are embarking on career transitions.
Check out our reVision Summer Special, which starts in July 2024.
I also offer one-to-one coaching for women and non-binary folks who are:
launching or growing passion projects and social impact ventures
stepping into authentic, courageous leadership in their organization or field
Having Sarah as my coach was critical for me to get out of my rut of feeling stuck and into a world where I put one foot in front of the other and make progress toward my dreams.

If you are pursuing a self-driven initiative for social change, come together and bring your vision to life. In this 6-month incubator, circle members will each design, implement, and learn from a prototype – a smaller version of their ultimate vision for their venture or a new stream of their work.

Sarah led a customized virtual workshop for the Chicago chapter of the American Immigration Lawyers Association as part of our Lawyer Well-Being programming. Sarah was able to take the specific needs of our association and create a beautiful, interactive conversation called "Cultivating Resilience in your Work Life." I felt a great sense of community with the other participants, and walked away from the workshop feeling refreshed!
– Lindsay Fullerton, AILA Chicago
Sarah worked with our group of 24 young professionals who were finishing up a one year service program and considering their next steps. The sessions were such a success that we asked Sarah to work with our other city groups to provide the same trainings! I highly recommend Sarah to any group looking to discuss career transitions and next steps.
– Naomi Gamoran, Avodah
Sarah led our group through a caring and supportive discussion about self care and communal care. She asked insightful questions, helped us to re-frame our priorities, and encouraged us to grow with a gentle and honest approach.
– Elizabeth Ochs, Bronfman Fellowship
